Hi! My name is Heather Crappell. I've been an elementary teacher for 23 years. I am currently teaching fifth grade math at Bayou Vista Elementary. I have previously taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. I am married with two children, Harper and Casyn. I graduated from Nicholls State University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I am very involved with our school such as Beta Club Sponsor and Veterans Day Coordinator. I also serve as a Math content leader and mentor teacher! I'm looking forward to a safe, happy, and positive school year :) :)
